Kurt Leitinger is COO, partial owner and co-founder of Flooring Inc. His start in the flooring industry began 13 years ago as the head salesperson for the rubber flooring division at Amorim Cork Composites. He has flipped 10 homes, remodeled two more into long-term rentals, and built a custom house from scratch as well as three commercial office spaces.

Lamont Robbins is the Director of Merchandising at Flooring Inc and manages the company’s specialty flooring lines – rubber, garage, foam and turf. With seven years in the flooring industry, Lamont has worked closely with flooring manufacturers such as Shaw, Mohawk, US Rubber, Swisstrax, Humane Manufacturing and more. His favorite floor, however, is the one offered by Mother Nature. Lamont is a big fan of hiking and spending time on the trails.

Ashley De Zeeuw is Flooring Inc.’s go-to gal for all things flooring. With over eight years of experience in the flooring industry, she has close partnerships with top-level companies across the industry. As Flooring Inc.’s Merchandising Manager, she’s gained expert-level knowledge of all hard surface flooring, carpet, and even dance and garage flooring categories. In her spare time, Ashley loves hiking, going to the movies, and listening to music with her impressive collection of vinyl records.

Katy Engelhard is a Product Category Manager at IncStores and oversees the carpet, playground flooring, anti-fatigue, and vinyl sheet flooring categories, working closely with manufacturers like Shaw, Foss, Mannington, and Mohawk. Katy comes from a long background in retail management and e-commerce, and when she isn’t building online stores, she loves to travel the world and explore the great outdoors.

Omar Gildeh works with IncStores as a Product Category Manager overseeing artificial grass, composite decking, vinyl tiles and planks, drainage tiles, and court flooring categories. He has 4+ years working in the e-commerce home improvement industry and has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in marketing. Omar has a natural curiosity for data and trends and enjoys spending his free time outdoors.

Sonal Agarwal is a retail industry professional with a keen eye for the latest trends and styles. Her goal is to show the world that flooring is anything but boring. Sonal specializes in all outdoor flooring, including playground flooring and equipment, court flooring, and turf. When she’s not taking flooring to the next level, Sonal teaches Bollywood dance classes on the weekends.

Michael Ranta works with Flooring Inc as a Product Category Manager and works with many of the company’s standard flooring lines, including wood and laminate flooring, as well as foam floor tiles and gymnastics flooring. Mike spends much of his free time far away from floors by rock climbing around the southwestern United States.
